We proudly produce a range of three speciality blue cheeses along with our own Fine Fettle Yorkshire Cheese on our family farm near Thirsk, North Yorkshire. We make a wide variety of quality hand-made cheeses to traditional recipes. Our award winning cheeses are available in high-class speciality shops and on the delicatessen counters of supermarkets. They are high in protein, vitamins and minerals, ideal for vegetarians and excellent for cookery. Our sheep milk cheeses can be eaten by most people suffering from intolerance to cow's milk products. |
