We've always strived for perfection in everything we do, from choosing the finest local ingredients, to innovating and experimenting with new recipes and ideas.

Obviously, it's our customers who come first and they soon tell us which cheese is a hit and, occasionally, what's a miss.

But now and then it's nice to put our cheeses into the big competitions to be assessed by our peers within the industry.
