Ryedale & Green Bean Salad

Cheese Recipe Ingredients

  • 200g Ryedale cheese, crumbled
  • 1kg fine green beans, topped and tailed
  • 150g sun-blushed tomatoes
  • 40 black olives, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook the fine green beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
  2. Immediately chill the beans in cold water.
  3. When cold cut in half.
  4. Mix the crumbled Ryedale, shallots, dices sun-blushed tomatoes and diced black olives together.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the olive oil.
  7. Mix in the beans and check for seasoning.
