Ryedale & Green Bean Salad
Cheese Recipe Ingredients
- 200g Ryedale cheese, crumbled
- 1kg fine green beans, topped and tailed
- 150g sun-blushed tomatoes
- 40 black olives, pitted
- 3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Cook the fine green beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
- Immediately chill the beans in cold water.
- When cold cut in half.
- Mix the crumbled Ryedale, shallots, dices sun-blushed tomatoes and diced black olives together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the olive oil.
- Mix in the beans and check for seasoning.
