Monks Folly

Monks Folly is a classic mould ripened cheese, made to a recipe which is believed to heave been used by the Monks of a nearby abbey. Monks Folly has a crisp clean flavour and a chalky texture on the inside when young, but it changes with age and becomes soft and ripe and develops a fuller rounder flavour. Made from pasteurised milk and suitable for vegetarians.

Available in 125g individually packed cheeses.

Ryedale is a unique, fresh, white cheese produced from local cows milk. Made to an age-old local recipe, this cheese has a wonderful delicate texture and a smooth, crisp flavour. Ryedale is so creamy, you wouldn’t believe it’s simply cows milk! Made from pasteurised milk and suitable for vegetarians.
