A fresh, white ewes milk cheese, coated in our secret blend of Italian and English herbs. The contrast between the creamy cheese and the crisp taste of the herbs delivers a truly rich and complex taste on your palate.
Yorkshire Fettle with Herbs is made from pasteurised ewes milk and is suitable for vegetarians.
Background
We developed Yorkshire Fettle with Herbs in 2005 and it has quickly proved itself within our ewes milk range. Born out of our family\'s passion for Italy and her flavours, we roll each ewes milk cheese in a special mix of Basil, Rosemary and Oregano. The cheese is then left to mature which allows the flavours to infuse throughout the whole truckle*. Made from 100% ewes milk it has the wonderful creamy taste and a slightly crumbly texture which is all enhanced by the fresh marinade.
