Returns and refunds
Whilst we do our best to ensure your cheese arrives in optimum condition (Ice packing and shipping overnight) sometimes things go wrong. If your goods arrive damaged, faulty or shipped in error, returns can be made within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

When returning goods please state the reason for the return and provide a contact number in case of any queries.
If you change your mind about your purchase we request you return the items to us in original, complete and undamaged packaging. You can return items to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
If the goods are rejected or refused for any reason it is the customers responsibility for the safe redelivery of the goods to Shepherds Purse within 7 days of the date of delivery in accordance with any proper and reasonable advice or instructions provided by the company.
