These crispbreads by Peter's Yard are inspired by their love of Sweden, the home of crispbread. They select simple, natural ingredients including organic fresh milk, organic flour and precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. baked until crisp and golden, they are the natural choice for cheese.

These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with our signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and organic fresh milk.
