Wonderfull light cheese, Yorkshire's sort of feta, carefully coated in wax and delivered in sustainable fleece insulation. Couldn't be better and fabulous in a salad.

The taste is great, I was a little unsure about lavender but it has made a very nice addition to a mild creamy cheese.

A lovely mild flavoured cheese that compliments salads whether mixed leaf or comprising a single salad item such a ripe English cherry tomatoes. We also enjoy it in a salad with roasted pumpkin and ham, eg. Serrano, English or Prosciutto.

Full of flavour without being too strong

As always service is great, it’s friendly and the staff work hard at looking after their customers. The cheeses are very good and there isn’t one that our family dislikes. The awards the cheeses receive are well deserved and it’s a credit to all the staff.
