Very creamy and can be eaten any which-way. On salad, in a pizza, an omelette, soufflé, an addition to veg soups, and obviously with French bread, water biscuits, Bath Olivers, Cream Crackers etc + the trimmings - port, walnuts, figs, dates, & grapes.A pleasure to round off a meal or an indulgence on special occasions. Take your pick, but enjoy every mouthful.
