I tried this for a change as I usually buy the blue cheeses. It was really lovely cheese with a fresh, slightly salty but not too much and was perfect in salad lunches this week

Simply gorgeous - the most delicious cheese. Ordering was seamless and the cheese beautifully packaged.

Tangy and moist this is a delightful table cheese. Try to serve and keep at room temperature.
To keep it moist it is kept loose in a plastic bag ,in a cheese box.

We want to do the Harrogate Blue & Spinach Potato Gratin recipe . But Mrs Bell could you come up with a lower fat option? Perhaps the double cream could be substituted with something lower in fat. The Hairy Bikers seemed to have lots of ideas for doing this so maybe you could get some help there. We like to get our fat intake purely from your gorgeous cheeses!

Loved the Bluemin White. We didn’t eat the rind.Is it edible? We didn’t cook the cheese so weren’t sure whether the rind could be eaten raw. However, we are hooked and will be buying it again!
