We love this cheese. It goes with most things we grow on our allotment. It holds it shape and can be crumbled, so versatile, particularly enjoy with alfresco dining ( sadly, no BBQ’s this year)

Only my second purchase from Shepherds Purse and was impreessed with the Yorkshire Blue, nice and creamy and not as salty or dry as Stilton et al. Being from the better side of the Pennines it's hard to praise the inferior side, but praise I must, well done Shepherds Purse, lovely Cheeses.

Beautiful and excellent creamy flavour and texture with a bite of blue

Here is a cheese I can eat every day - ploughman's lunch, pizza topping, with a glass port after a dinner, in a sauce for cauliflower cheese or fillets of plaice. You name and enjoy its adaptability!
