I recently ordered a selection of four cheeses from Shepherd's Purse and received Northern Blue, Yorkshire Blue, Harrogate Blue & Bloomin White. I enjoyed all of them but I think the two stand out cheeses are Northern Blue and Yorkshire Blue. It is good to know that there are producers out there that really do care about what they are making.
