Yorkshire Blue

Mild, soft and creamy with delicious blue umami notes, our original cow’s milk blue is celebrating 30 award-winning years in 2025.

Handmade from 100% Yorkshire cow’s milk, it's carefully crafted here on the farm using a traditional recipe and matured for a minimum of eight weeks to allow the flavour and texture to slowly develop.

Organic Yorkshire Blue

Creamy and mellow with grassy, herbaceous notes throughout that balance beautifully with the blue, umami flavours.

The organic cow’s milk adds a delicious fresh sweetness to this version of our original Yorkshire Blue, which paired with its smooth, creamy texture make it a cheeseboard staple.

Harrogate Blue

Rich and buttery with a hint of pepper on the finish, this beautifully moist and full-bodied cheese is matured for a minimum of 10 weeks to create its creamy, robust texture and delicious depth of flavour.

Mrs Bell's Blue

A rich blue cheese with a mellow, creamy, yet complex flavour.

Made from English ewe’s milk and carefully matured for a minimum of 10 weeks results in a delicious combination of subtle salty blue notes alongside sweet meadowy flavour.

A full round of delicious, creamy, Buffalo Blue cheese by Shepherds Purse served on a rustic board with pears, crackers and grapes.

Buffalo Blue

Luxuriously creamy, yet delivering a light, almost cleansing effect on the palate, this well-balanced blue cheese has delicious umami, meaty notes and is handmade made from the highest quality milk sourced from a British, single herd of Italian water buffalo.

Northern Blue

Smooth, steely and sweet, Northern Blue is the strongest in our artisan range.

A robust blue cheese it delivers a rich and luxuriously creamy texture on the palate without compromising on the strength of blue flavour or bite.

Bluemin White

Rich, creamy and full of delicious flavour, our Bluemins are mould ripened rather than spiked to create an unctuous, melt in the
mouth inner texture, surrounded by a velvety blue rind that ripens the cheese gently from the outside in.

Leave to warm a little before serving to enjoy the decedent, gooey middle at its very best

Mrs Bell's Salad Cheese

A Mediterranean style, beautifully balanced salad cheese with a fresh meadowy sweetness, we handcraft our Mrs Bell's Salad Cheese using milk from English ewes for a creamy, mellow taste, contrasted by a delicious lemon piquancy and creamy, crumbly texture.

Olde York

A soft white ewe’s milk cheese with a delicate texture, Olde York slices easily straight from the fridge, or if you let it stand a while, it warms to become indulgently creamy and spreadable.

Olde York is carefully waxed in small truckles to preserve its delicate fresh flavour and texture.

Katy's White Lavender

Made with fresh English ewes’ milk, we roll the cheese in dried lavender flowers before leaving it to mature over a number of weeks to allow the delicate flavour to infuse the creamy, crumbly cheese to stunning effect. Quirky and delicious, the subtle floral notes pair perfectly with the fresh, creamy flavours in the cheese
