Lovely texture. My wife and friends love the taste. However it is not my cup of tea. That apart it is a well made cheese and if you like the taste of lavender, you can't go wrong.

I ordered Yorkshire organic blue from this company, you could choose which day you wanted it to be delivered and when it arrived, the packaging was amazing. It was encased in sheep’s wool which can be reused in many different ways. The cheese itself was absolutely delicious, just the right texture and flavour of blue cheese, would highly recommend.

Both delivery and quality as perfect as usual.

We absolutely loved the Yorkshire Blue! I only ordered it to make up an order of Mrs Bell's Salad Cheese as we love this sheep cheese. We made the Yorkshire Blue recipe that came with it: Y B with figs on Sourdough Toast and it was gorgeous. We also made the risotto recipe that came with the cheeses, using the Yorkshire Blue, and it was a great main veg meal. We will definitely be ordering it again!

The packaging is excellent and was, this time, just in time! The bulb mangers needed reinforcing!

Lovely flavour and texture, not too salty like Roqufort, and slightly milder than Stilton, and best of all, ewes milk so great for cows milk intolerance

A delightful cheese, blue and creamy. Too good to not eat it so it matures more in the air when opened. Very adaptable to almost spread in a sandwich to take away or to melt in a stronger cheese sauce as desired or a soufflé. You do not need a complicated recipe to use it for best results.

Beautiful cheese

We love this in aHello Fresh recipe: Beetroot and Lentil Salad. It has onion and potatoes roasted with the beetroot. Then after adding the green lentils is topped with Mrs Bell’s and walnut pieces. It’s our absolute favourite salad cheese.
