Creamy, sweet, herbaceous and mild, Organic Yorkshire Blue is an ideal introduction to blue cheese. With age, the flavour deepens and becomes more complex without compromising the mellow creaminess.

Handmade and matured over a minimum of eight weeks. Every week, we turn each cheese by hand, which helps to achieve the lovely blue veining and even smooth texture.

Absolutely the best cheese there is.

The range of cheeses is superb and we tried the organic Yorkshire Blue just for a change. We weren’t disappointed as it was as good as any of the cheeses we have purchased. Clearly the passion and expertise shines through their products & would thoroughly recommend them.
