Perfect with blue cheese and so how could we resist!
We tried this during a sampling session and it was unanimously the favourite of the session. A great accompaniment for our blue cheeses with a well-balanced sweetness / piquancy.
Ingredients
Red onions 62%, unrefined cane sugar, white wine vinegar, redcurrant juice, ruby Port (5%), herbs, spices.Best enjoyed within 6 weeks of opening.
