We offer delivery on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays)
Please select an available delivery day at the checkout, this is the day we will aim to deliver your parcel.
Whilst we send all orders using a Next Day service, occasionally delays can happen. We advise all customers to monitor their tracking.
Our bespoke packaging is designed to keep your order chilled for up to 48 hours. We use icepacks and recyclable WoolCool packaging. Find out more about HERE
Once we’ve booked your parcel in with our couriers you’ll receive a tracking number and when your order is out for delivery, the courier will send you an estimated delivery window.
We ship to UK mainland addresses only. Please note, if you place an order for delivery outside of mainland UK, your order will unfortunately be cancelled.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99, however we do offer free delivery on orders over £50.
