Q. WILL MY CHEESE ARRIVE CHILLED?

Yes, we send each parcel on a next day service with our couriers and pack the cheese with icepacks within the wonderful WoolCool packaging. 

Q. CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Yes. Once we have booked your parcel in with our couriers then you will receive a tracking code. 

Q. ARE YOUR CHEESES VEGETARIAN?

Yes, we use vegetarian rennet in all of our cheeses

Q. ARE YOUR CHEESES PASTEURISED?

Yes, we pasteurise the milk here before cheesemaking each day.

Q. CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE TO MY ORDER

Yes, many people buy our cheese selections as gifts throughout the year. We have added a gift note section to the CART. Simply add what you would like to your cart and then click on it to review before checkout. Here you will find the date picker and the gift note field.

Q. CAN I ORDER NOW AND HAVE DELIVERY IN THE FUTURE?

Yes, we have a Date Picker installed on the website so you can choose an available day up to 90 days into the future.

Q. WHEN SHOULD I HAVE MY ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS 2020 DELIVERED?

The last date that you can choose for delivery is 22nd December, however, we recommend choosing a date a little earlier in December to minimise the risk of potential courier issues.

And cheese arriving with you after December 1st 2020 will have dates to last you into the New Year (unopened and kept chilled in your fridge). Once you open it, we can't promise that it won't disappear in one sitting.

Q. HOW LONG WILL MY CHEESES LAST WHEN IT ARRIVES?

We aim to dispatch our cheeses with at least 5 weeks life. Occasionally you may receive a cheese with a slightly shorter life, but if this does happen, we will make sure it's clear so you can tuck into that one first.
