We're so proud to share that our Organic Yorkshire Blue was named Supreme Champion Cheese at the 2025 Artisan Cheese Awards at the weekend, after winning Gold in the Organic Cheese Class! 🥇
Such brilliant results for our talented team and the second Supreme Champion award for Organic Yorkshire Blue in under a year! IT was a real 'pinch-me' moment when it was announced at the Awards ceremony at the weekend!
The results didn't end there though! In total, our creamy blues won 4 trophies including...

The results really are a real testament to the consistent quality of our range and the hard work and dedication of our small, passionate team here at Shepherds Purse. We couldn't be prouder!
2025 has been a record breaking year for entries into the Artisan Cheese Awards with 650 cheeses being entered by 123 fellow artisan cheesemakers from across the UK and Ireland getting involved, which made it all the more special!
Our MD Caroline headed down to the ceremony in Melton Mowbray at the weekend, along with some of our talented team and had a fantastic evening celebrating with our fellow cheesemakers, dining on award-winning pork pies amongst the beautiful surroundings of St Mary's Church.
It was a very special night indeed and one we'll certainly remember!
