Whipped Mrs Bell's Salad Cheese Dip

Quick and delicious, this whipped dip is a real showstopper. When we made it for the recipe photoshoot, we couldn't stop going back for more!
The well of honey lined with crunchy pistachios will cascade down the creamy mound as your guests dive in with their toasted pittas, creating a heavenly sweet and savoury combination.
Whipped Mrs Bell's Salad Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 150g Mrs Bell’s Salad Cheese
- 150g cream cheese or greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tsp minced garlic (approx 2 small cloves)
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 150ml honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
- Cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Add the Mrs Bell’s Salad Cheese, cream cheese and olive oil into a food processor, and blitz until smooth and well combined.
- Add in the basil and garlic and mix well.
- Scoop the cheese onto a small plate or shallow bowl into a mound and create a well in the centre with a spoon.
- Chop the pistachios and place inside the well, ensuring some are stuck to the sides and sprinkle some across the top too.
- Fill the well with honey and drizzle a little across the top too
- Season with black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with warm pieces of pita bread.
