Inspired by her great aunt, Lottie has carried on her family's passion for baking. Using only the finest of ingredients, Lottie and her husband Ian run a state-of-the-art bakery that combines sustainable practices with a pride and passion for baking.

Lottie's Yorkshire Parkin cake and biscuits, as well as her traditional fruit cake pairs beautifully with our rich, creamy blue cheeses.

I love Shepherd’s Purse cheese so much! Northern Blue and Old York are particular favourites. Shame they’re not readily available but ordering is easy and they are delivered well.

My favourite is Harrogate Blue, which I have previously bought from a local farm shop. Also tried Mrs Bell's Blue and Northern Blue. All delicious and not too strong for blue cheeses. Not tried them in any recipes yet, we are just happy to eat them as they are.

Shepherds Purse buffalo blue cheese is the way forward!

Delicious cheese, one of my saving graces as I can only have buffalo milk based cheese due to intolerances to cows, goats and sheeps milk. This is one creamy delicious blue cheese that is a must to add to the cheese board. I feel like I have traded up now that I have found this compared to cows milk blue cheeses.
