Deliciously quick and full of flavour. This simple dip can be tweaked to your taste and prepared ahead of time.

Ingredients
- 150g Mrs Bell's Salad Cheese
- 150-200g pitted green olives
- 1 Tbsp Rapeseed Oil with Lemon (locally sourced obviously)
- A farmers handful of baby spinach
- A little thyme to taste
Instructions
- 1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor
- 2. Whizz to a smooth consistency.
- 3. Chill and serve with well toasted sourdough, rye bread "soldiers" or celery.
